Question about tiptoi ® - The pen

Hello, I have the tiptoi pen with French books, like my first Atlas etc... I bought books in German and downloaded the associated audio files. But when I press the start button on the book, the pen asks me to download the file. But it's on the pen and I'm sure I've got the right one. My question is: does my file only recognise French audio files?

This could possibly help you. The pen is always bound to a language, but it is possible to change it depending on the pen.

No, Tiptoi is multilingual. Try changing the language in tiptoi manager (German) before downloading the German audio files, it should work, but I've never tried it.
