Hello, Does this headset allow me to connect to an audio source directly with the USB-C cable, without Bluetooth? I would like to use it to connect to a Jooki box.

No, the USBC port on the Bluetooth version is only for charging.
There is a wired version and a Bluetooth version of these headphones. Pay attention to the manufacturer number. ...310BT... is with Bluetooth. If the BT is missing, it is wired.
