Question about Belkin SoundForm Mini

Recently used the headphones for the first time with the iPad and the YT Kids app. Bluetooth connection regularly dropped out after a few minutes. Even with the AUX cable, the sound came out of the iPad speaker after a few minutes. Anyone have any idea if there's something wrong with the headphones or if it's down to the app or settings? Thank you!

Same product and similar use (Netflix instead of YT Kids), but I don't have this problem.
I would first delete the device from the BT list on the Ipad and then add it again. Do they have enough battery? Also try with a second device (mobile phone or similar). Finally, see if you can somehow update the firmware via the Belkin website.
If none of this helps, return the device.
