Question about Brother Cutting plotter ScanNCut CM900
The description says: 297 mm wide cutting surface. The specifications say max. material width 350 mm. Can the plotter now cut up to 350 mm wide, or can the material simply be wider? Thank you very much for an answer.

I use the Scan N Cut CM 900 from Brother. It comes with 2 cutting mats 12 x 12 inch (305 x 305 mm) and 1 x 24 inch (305 x 610 mm) this is the limited working area, because without a mat it is not possible to plot endlessly with Brother, you would have to choose Silhouette for example. From mid-October the bigger Brother will be available, which can do a lot more, but the working area is limited, just like with the cm900. I am very happy with the cm900, only the softwear is bad, but I use other printers and only use Canvas to send the files to the plotter.
