the RTF (ready to fly) package has the FB included, the BNF (bind to fly) does not. See the side panel on the packaging for a picture of both. With existing suitable controls, you would only have to connect the part (BNF) and then you would be ready to go.... But this is clearly a disadvantage compared to RTF.
