Vertebrae because of the vertebrae

My back vertebrae are always giving me a whirl - and regular pain. This should soon be a thing of the past. Thanks to training with electrical muscle stimulation.

EMS or electrical muscle stimulation. These three letters have been on my mind for a while now. What are the benefits of training with electricity? I want to answer this question once and for all. That's why I organised the new EMS suit from Fortis from our range.

The suits are all the rage on the fitness scene and promise a lot. Two to three 20-minute workouts a week are said to be enough to replace hours of exhausting strength training in the gym. In addition, more and more physiotherapists are using these suits for therapeutic purposes. This includes the Höferlin Institute

A vortex causes a stir

Overall, things are looking pretty good for me. However, one of my vertebrae is blocked and another is compensating for this with a certain amount of excess mobility. This leads to the regularly recurring complaints. One of the things I will be working on over the next few months is electrical muscle stimulation and the corresponding exercises. And I probably won't be able to avoid some manipulation of my back either. Andreas is about to lend a hand.

Electric muscle stimulation for strength and stability

In addition to the targeted work on my weak spot in my back, I will continue to build muscle and reduce my body fat over the next few months. Always well behaved in the EMS suit from our range

About electrical muscle stimulation. Last week we launched an appeal: We are looking for identical twins, for a three-month EMS training programme. They should be in their young adult years, i.e. around their early 20s, so there is a good chance that they are both in similar circumstances and in a comparable physical condition. Whether they are athletic or not is irrelevant. The important thing is comparability.

Apply for the challenge until 21 June 2020. The three-month training phase begins after the summer holidays in August. You will receive a complete body analysis and a detailed training plan from the Höferlin Institute in advance. One twin trains with a suit, one without. The aim is to build muscle and reduce body fat at the same time. And we will also come up with a nice prize for the winner.
