With a limited starting budget, you expand the HQ, strengthen your crew around the employees and provide them with the necessary equipment and vehicles. From time to time there are also big events that need your full attention. You are constantly making difficult decisions - do you invest in an emergency vehicle or in sleeping quarters for recreation? Do you have your employees doing paperwork to earn money, or do you send them out on the next assignment? Do you have enough employees for the night shift or do you make someone work double shifts and risk their exhaustion?
