The Ben Nevis from the manufacturer Alpenföhn impresses with its fantastic price-performance ratio as well as its performance and noise levels. The three 6 mm thick copper heat pipes are pressed directly onto the CPU, absorbing heat directly from the processor and transferring it efficiently to the numerous aluminum fins. This process ensures excellent cooling with conventional thermal paste. The pre-installed 120 mm fan, which supports PWM, provides a strong airflow of 95.14 m³/h through the fine aluminum fins for quick and efficient heat dissipation. Despite its very good cooling performance of 140 watts TDP, the fan is surprisingly quiet, operating at a maximum of 20.2 dB(A) when rotating at a high speed of 1,600 RPM.
