This pump is ideal for water cooling of PCs and other electronic components. The DC motor pump is equipped with an electronically commutated spherical motor. In a pump with a spherical motor, the only moving part is a spherically shaped rotor that rests on a bearing ball made of ultra-hard and wear-resistant ceramic. The spherical bearing of the rotor provides numerous advantages: an increase in bearing play is structurally impossible, and the pump consistently operates quietly and smoothly. A separate magnetic shielding is also unnecessary for this pump. The ball motor principle allows for efficient operation with excellent performance. All parts of the pump are completely corrosion-resistant. The pump is simply powered via a 12V Molex connector from the PC power supply.
