In the development of the new P12 PWM PST, particular emphasis was placed on focused airflow and high static pressure. This fan provides extremely efficient cooling, even under increased air resistance. Therefore, the P12 PWM PST is especially suitable for use on heatsinks, radiators, as well as with grilles and filters. With a next-generation neodymium-iron-boron magnet ring, the P12 PWM PST is significantly more efficient than its predecessors. Without compromising on performance, this saves energy and significantly reduces the motor's coil temperature. The operating noise of the newly developed ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable even at the lowest speeds. Thanks to sinusoidal magnetization, the motor of the P-fans generates only 5% of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor. Thus, due to the even distribution of force, there is no need for rubber cushioning.
