The ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Dual O8G Evo is one of the fastest gaming graphics cards currently available. The TU104 graphics chip of the RTX 2080 is based on the Turing architecture, manufactured using a 12nm FinFET process, and is responsible for the speed boost compared to the 10 series, alongside the GDDR6 graphics memory. The ray tracing technology used ensures particularly realistic lighting and shadow effects, which is also the reason for the name change to GeForce RTX.
