The FRITZ!Repeater 2400 increases the range of any wireless network quickly and easily. With two radio units compliant with the Wireless AC and Wireless N,
which combine to achieve a total data throughput of up to 2,333 Mbit/s, the repeater provides a stable connection for all connected WiFi devices and maximizes the available bandwidth. At the same time, the repeater provides for perfect wireless coverage all the way into every last corner of the home.

Fast Wireless AC+N
The FRITZ!Repeater 2400 transmits on two WiFi bands, which are used intelligently in parallel: Through automatic band selection (dynamic cross band repeating), the FRITZ!Repeater 2400 always chooses the most efficient path to the router and the connected wireless devices, so that all connections in the home network achieve high data rates. So even the most demanding WiFi scenarios can be realized.

Perfect in the Mesh WiFi
In combination with a FRITZ!Box, the FRITZ!Repeater 2400 becomes part of a powerful Mesh network. In the Mesh WiFi, multiple distributed wireless hubs (for instance, the FRITZ!Box and FRITZ!Repeater) are combined into a single intelligent wireless network. The FRITZ!Box actively controls all of the access points, so that wireless devices used in the home network are always registered with the access point that offers the best connection (Mesh WiFi steering). Streaming, gaming and downloads arrive seamlessly, even at the furthest corners of every room. Conveniently, the entire wireless network shares a single name and password, not to mention secure encryption.

Maximum security and convenience
The latest encryption standards ensure that the private sphere is protected throughout the entire Mesh WiFi. The repeater can be connected to the mains at any power outlet. With Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) the repeater is integrated at the click of a button into the Mesh WiFi within seconds. Regular firmware updates, a five-year manufacturer’s warranty and AVM’s acclaimed free support round out the versatile FRITZ!Repeater 2400.
