Ultrafuse TPU 64D combines the best of both worlds. It is a strong yet flexible filament for Fused Filament Fabrication, suitable for all FFF technologies. Built on BASF's decades of experience with flexible materials, this filament is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality, and cost efficiency. Ultrafuse TPU 64D is easily compatible with water-soluble supports. Thanks to its property profile, Ultrafuse TPU 64D is an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS for the production of tools, fixtures, and supports.

Ultrafuse TPU 64D can be easily printed on direct drive and Bowden printers and is compatible with soluble BVOH supports to achieve the most complex geometries.

Tips and Tricks:

• Nozzle temperature: 230-255 °C
• Bed temperature: 40-60 °C
• Chamber temperature: Passively heated, closed chamber
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
• Bed modification: Adheres to various bed types (glass preferred)
• Print speed: 30-60 mm/s
