In multi-pedal foot switches, barriers prevent the unintentional simultaneous activation of multiple pedals (versions without barriers available upon request). The foot levers are made of thermoplastic. An accident protection cover made of aluminum die-cast completely shields the pedal from above and the sides, providing high stability with its wide base. This prevents accidental activation from falling objects from above or carelessness from the side. Due to its stability, the cover can withstand a falling weight of 20 kg from a height of 1 meter. For foot switches with a bistable switching function, the switching position remains after the first activation, even after releasing the pedal. Upon reactivation, the contacts are reset.
