Product details

The Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series switches are Cisco's leading stackable enterprise switching platform, designed for security, IoT, mobility, and cloud. They represent the next generation of the industry's most widely deployed switching platform. The Catalyst 9300 Series switches serve as a foundational element for Software-Defined Access (SD-Access), Cisco's primary enterprise architecture. With 480 Gbps, they offer the highest density of stack bandwidth in the industry and the most flexible uplink architecture. The Catalyst 9300 Series is the first optimized platform for high-density 802.11ac Wave 2, setting new standards for network scaling. These switches are future-proof and feature an x86 CPU architecture along with increased memory, enabling them to host containers and run third-party applications and scripts natively.

The Catalyst 9300 Series is designed for Cisco StackWise technology, allowing flexible deployment with support for uninterrupted forwarding with Stateful Switchover (NSF/SSO), ensuring the most resilient architecture in a stackable solution with failover of under 50 ms. The highly resilient and efficient power architecture includes Cisco StackPower and offers high-density Cisco Universal Power Over Ethernet (Cisco UPOE) and Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) ports. The switches are based on the Cisco Unified Access Data Plane 2.0 (UADP) 2.0 architecture, which protects your investment while enabling greater scalability and higher throughput rates. The modern operating system, Cisco IOS XE, with programmability, provides enhanced security features and the convergence of the Internet of Things (IoT).
