The Unimouse features six programmable buttons that can be set for nearly any function to meet your individual needs. The adjustable thumb support can be adjusted in all directions: inward/outward, up/down, forward/backward, in tilt, and in rotation. This reduces grip pain and pressure on the base joint of the thumb, preventing overuse injuries, and allows you to hold the mouse comfortably—regardless of the size or shape of your hand.

For example, you can assign the middle click button as a right-click button if that feels better for your work, and most other buttons can be assigned functions that suit your specific requirements.
