The Datalogic QuickScan QBT2500 is an extremely reliable, omnidirectional 2D imager designed for point of sale (POS) applications in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and light industry. It is particularly suitable for POS environments that require a higher demand for 2D scans while also needing to read mobile displays and customer cards. It reliably and quickly captures 1D, 2D, postal, and Digimarc barcodes, both from displays and through Plexiglas partitions. The QBT2500 provides greater freedom of movement and transmits data via the base station to the host or any mobile device with Bluetooth functionality within a range of up to 100 meters – connecting to Android or iOS devices via the HID profile. A powerful lithium-ion battery ensures long operating times and can be replaced in seconds without tools. Additionally, it can be quickly charged via the integrated USB-C port without the need for a charging station.
