The UCHome Fibre Idrop 900 cable is designed for connecting participants in Fiber To The Home / Fiber In The Home (FTTH/FITH) networks. It is suitable as a connection cable between the house transition point and the individual connection sockets in FTTH/FITH networks. The cable construction is halogen-free and flame retardant. The space requirement for installation in ducts, pipes, etc. is very low due to the outer diameter of 4.5 mm. Additionally, it has high transverse pressure resistance and tensile strength. The fiber used meets both the ITU G.657A2 and G.657B2 standards as well as ITU G.652D. The low bending sensitivity ensures that the 1625 nm window (L-Band) can be utilized for future bandwidth needs and allows for reduced bending radii.
