These high throughput HTA (high temperature abrasion resistant) HotEnds have been developed in co-operation with Bambu Lab. Professional HotEnds for professional applications; improve the efficiency of your X1E and the quality of your prints with this simple upgrade.

Hard and Hot

These HotEnds are coated with chromium nitride to provide additional abrasion resistance and corrosion protection up to 320°C. Perfect for printing engineering materials such as PPA-CF and PPS-CF at faster print speeds. Alternatively, you can keep your standard profiles and experience improved layer adhesion.

Improved layer adhesion

Fast printing often sacrifices visual and functional aspects in favour of speed, but these HotEnds maintain layer adhesion strength even at higher speeds, resulting in a correct filament finish and strong parts for functional applications.

No compromise

These HotEnds are a direct replacement for your standard X1E HotEnd; no adjustments to the fixture or part cooling are required. Complete the upgrade in less than 5 minutes with the installation video.

Compatibility

This HotEnd is only suitable for use with Bambu Lab X1E. Supported filaments: Optimal: PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, BVOH; Superior: ABS, ASA, PC.
