With a wear resistance that is significantly higher than any other E3D nozzle, ObXidian is exceptionally durable. It is several times harder than Nozzle X and any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This durability is achieved through the combination of a tool steel insert with our new E3DLC™ coating, which also integrates non-stick properties into the nozzle itself, resulting in significantly less plastic buildup around the nozzle.

Experiment freely. With the easy nozzle swap, you can experiment with different nozzles for various applications. Swap your Revo brass nozzles for an ObXidian between prints to unleash fiber-filled fun. ObXidian is currently available in diameters of 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm, with more sizes in development.

Frustration-free. Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one, eliminating the dangers of over-tightening and the risk of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating hot end leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!

Quick identification. Identify nozzle sizes at a glance with a color-coded silicone sock. Each Revo nozzle has its size engraved with easily readable numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn.

An expanding range. We are ready to produce RapidChange nozzles in any size. Currently, we offer brass nozzles in 0.15 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm, with many more compatible nozzles in the pipeline. Wear-resistant and high-flow variants are already in our plans for future releases.

Please note:

• Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6-style HeaterBlocks.
• You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
• We do not recommend using abrasive materials with nozzle diameters smaller than 0.4 mm.
