Eaton's Power Distribution Units adapt to needs with four Rack PDU G4 technologies. They allow you to design your PDU strategy to fit your data center environment and requirements. The product line is designed to provide incremental features and benefits – each subsequent variant comes with enhanced capabilities.
The base PDU G4 provides cost-effective, reliable power distribution with a secure, built-in retention system that holds standard power cables and C39-type sockets, combining C13 and C19 connections. The G4 PDU with metered input streamlines power management and promotes efficient operation by simplifying load balancing and preventing overloads. Advanced control features at the output level are combined with all functions for measuring the power quality of the PDU with metered input. The Managed G4 PDU includes all the features of the switched model but goes a step further by actively monitoring and measuring key power quality factors such as voltage, current, and power consumption at the outlet level.
