The SmartRack 12U mid-depth rack enclosure from Tripp Lite is designed to simplify the installation and maintenance of rack equipment. It is compatible with all standard 19-inch rack devices and features front and rear vertical rail pairs with square mounting holes. The rails are adjustable in quarter-inch increments to accommodate devices with a depth of 3 to 32.5 inches, making it ideal for standard server installations. The rails can support equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs. The top and bottom panels are equipped with cable management openings and ventilation holes to expel warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air through convection. The panels also support the installation of standard user-provided case fans. With a lockable, reversible front/rear door and lockable, removable side panels, the SR12UB ensures secure installation of all devices. To simplify mobility, the SR12UB comes with a set of accessories for optional casters, allowing it to be easily moved to the desired location and secured in place by adjusting the unit's leveling feet. It is delivered fully assembled for quick installation.
