EK Water Blocks offers a sensible extension with the appropriate backplates for its EK-Quantum Vector cooler series, which combines both aspects. The backplate can only be used in conjunction with a compatible GPU cooler from EK Water Blocks, is screwed onto the back of the graphics card, and completely covers it. Since the back of the graphics card is typically oriented upwards and thus visible within the case, a visual upgrade here is significantly more impactful than on the front of the graphics card. A discreet and small EK logo adorns the black aluminum plate. Aside from that, the surface is kept simple and unembellished. In addition to the aesthetic enhancement, the backplate also provides greater stability.
