The FDD-LTE IP modem F2816 is a mobile device that provides data transmission functions over the public GPRS network. It utilizes a powerful industrial 32-bit CPU and an embedded real-time operating system. It supports RS232 and RS485 ports (or RS422 ports), allowing devices to be conveniently and transparently connected to a mobile network. This enables you to connect to your existing serial devices with just a basic configuration. It has low power consumption, with power usage potentially below 5 mA at 12 VDC. It features a compatible digital I/O channel, an ADC, an input pulse counter, and a pulse wave output function.

It has been widely used in M2M fields such as intelligent transportation, smart grid, industrial automation, telemetry, finance, POS, water supply, environmental protection, postal services, weather, etc.
