The HPE Compute SR 900 Gen11 controllers support 24 Gbit/s SAS and PCIe 4.0, making them excellent for maximizing performance. They also support advanced RAID levels with 8 GB Flash-Backed Write Cache (FBWC). These tri-mode controllers (SAS/SATA/NVMe) operate in mixed mode, allowing RAID and HBA operations to run simultaneously, providing greater flexibility in deployment. The HPE Compute SR932i-p Gen11 controllers can support internally connected drives, enabling integration with existing hardware. This controller also features HPE SR Secure Encryption for inactive data using Controller-Based Encryption (CBE) for SAS, SATA, and NVMe devices, enhancing reliability. The Gen11 includes Hardware Root of Trust and Security Protection Data Model (SPDM) support.
