The Z-Tower uses wooden casting molds to ensure that each piece matches the prototype. It is manufactured through a complex sand casting process. In the foundry, craftsmen pour molten aluminum into the mold to shape the parts of the original Z-Tower design. After cooling, a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine is used to refine the structures and smooth the surfaces.

The Z-Tower is made from a 5 cm thick aluminum alloy and is carefully polished with a CNC milling machine to ensure that each Z-Tower embodies its unique form of luxury and art.

The structure of the Z-Tower promotes heat dissipation, and airflow is effectively directed to ensure excellent ventilation.
