Intamsys SP5000 Support Filament 1.75mm is a support filament designed for use with high-temperature modeling materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and PPSU. The material maintains its rigidity during printing and softens after being immersed in the solvent ethyl acetate, allowing for easy removal. It is developed for the Funmat Pro 410. Nozzle temperature: 260-320°C. The support material can be immersed in ethyl acetate solvent for more than 24 hours before being manually broken away. Please refer to the process guide. Model material support: Designed for PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, but also suitable for PEKK, ULTEM9085, ULTEM1010, and PPSU.
