The Kingston IronKey Keypad 200 series includes operating system-independent, hardware-encrypted USB drives with USB-A and USB-C connectors, as well as an alphanumeric keypad for user-friendly PIN access.
The KP200 features XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption. It is also certified to FIPS 140-3 Level 3 (pending) for military-grade security and offers enhancements that further increase data protection. The circuits are coated with a special epoxy layer that makes it nearly impossible to remove the components without damaging them; this resilient epoxy prevents attacks on the semiconductor components. The USB drive is designed to alert the owner to tampering attempts. Additionally, it provides protection against brute-force password attacks and BadUSB threats with digitally signed firmware. The alphanumeric keypad is coated with a polymer layer that protects the keys.
