LevelOne POI-3014 Gigabit PoE Injector, 30W

The LevelOne POI-3014 is a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) injector that provides an efficient solution for power distribution and offers a seamless way to integrate powered devices (PDs) into an existing LAN infrastructure. When using Power-over-Ethernet injectors, DC power of up to 30 W and data from a non-PoE switch are combined and transmitted over Ethernet cabling to a PD, such as a PoE network camera. This allows for the use of existing hardware without the need for additional PoE switches. Furthermore, non-PoE devices like wireless access points can also be powered remotely through additional PoE splitters, as power and data continue to be distributed over two cables. Consequently, these devices can be installed in hard-to-reach locations such as ceilings where there are no nearby outlets or power cables.
