NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics cards utilize a new 16-pin connector (12+4-pin) for power supply, known as the 12VHPWR connector, which adheres to the PCIe 5.0 standard. Lian Li offers the Strimer Plus V2, a 12VHPWR PCIe 5.0 extension cable with ARGB lighting that can be used universally. The Lian Li Strimer Plus V2 3x 8-pin PCIe to 16-pin 12VHPWR extension cable features high-quality sleeving. This cable is made from 16AWG copper conductors and is equipped with three cable combs.

The 12VHPWR extension cable also includes eight light guides. The total of 108 ARGB LEDs can be connected directly to a motherboard via the included 6-pin to 3-pin 5VDG adapter and synchronized with the motherboard manufacturer's software or configured using Lian Li's L-Connect 3 software. Alternatively, the lighting can be connected to the optional Strimer L-Connect 3 controller and configured with the L-Connect 3 software as well. This provides additional options, such as the ability to assign individual effects to pairs of light guides. The controller is also compatible with other Strimer products from Lian Li's versions 1 and 2.

Furthermore, the ARGB lighting of the Lian Li Strimer V2 has received several enhancements. Each cable now features a side light strip that ensures these cables look fantastic from any angle. Additionally, the width of the diffuser lighting strips has been reduced to 2.1 mm, allowing each strip to stand out even more.
