Lindy's range of Fibre Optic Hybrid Mini DP 1.4 cables with detachable connectors is a professional solution for extending Mini DisplayPort and DisplayPort signals over long distances. Additional adapters are not required. These hybrid cables combine the flexibility and high EMI/RFI resistance of fibre optic cables with standard copper cables and are ideal for critical AV configurations or commercial installations. They are thin cables with a high-quality, narrow metal Mini-DisplayPort connector that can be easily installed in cable ducts and confined spaces without damaging the inside of the cable.

The detachable DisplayPort connector can be plugged in at the end of the installation, allowing an even wider range of displays and devices such as PCs or digital signage systems to be connected. This innovative design allows for a variety of connection options that can be customised by the user: Mini DP to Mini DP, DP to DP or Mini DP to a DisplayPort display.
