These robust and compact devices allow for the connection of multiple endpoints, optionally providing power over the same Ethernet patch cable (PoE). Due to their flexibility (Giga or Fast Ethernet, with or without PoE) and simplicity (Plug-and-Play, unmanaged), these switches are not only suitable for industrial applications.
