The connector pin is made of zirconium oxide ceramic and is convexly pre-polished, optimizing signal transmission. The connector body is made of nickel-plated metal, while the connector housing is made of plastic. Fiber fixation is achieved through adhesive technology, and cable fixation is realized through crimping technology, ensuring high stability and reliability. The LWL connector insert is suitable for breakout and minibreakout cables and offers a tensile strength of at least 100 N. With a lifespan of at least 500 mating cycles and an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +65 °C, this connector is ideal for demanding applications in harsh environments.
