To further simplify camera installation and protect the RJ45 connection sockets from direct access, MOBOTIX offers three different covers with an integrated camera mount for the MxSplitProtect installation box. A MOBOTIX AllroundDual or Allround camera can be mounted using its standard VarioFlex wall mount, or a MOBOTIX Hemispheric or Dome camera can be installed either vertically with a 15° tilt or horizontally. A pre-installed pole mount for an AllroundDual or Allround can be reused for the MxSplitProtect. Thanks to the robust housing made of UV-resistant, high-quality material (PBT-30GF) and the weatherproof connections for the Ethernet cable (concealed LSA terminal in the inner housing) and for the MOBOTIX patch cables of the cameras and MxIRLight, the MxSplitProtect is fundamentally suitable for outdoor use even without this cover.
