Why do you need the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX? The power supply of the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX provides power to the recorder (or another device) when the ignition is off (e.g., in parking mode). The NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX protects the car battery from complete discharge by managing the remaining operating time and voltage. The adapter automatically turns off the recorder when the battery voltage drops to a preset value or when the custom time has elapsed (whichever comes first). Additionally, the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX protects your DVR from voltage spikes. Important: The power controller of the NAVITEL SMART BOX MAX may have a different plug type and modification of the power connection. Please ensure compatibility with your device before purchasing.
