Die hochwertige Verarbeitung und die Bildqualität der Nikon ist sicherlich sehr gut, wobei zwar das Display sehr hochauflösend ist aber dennoch bei Sonne kaum zu erkennen ist. Hier muss ein Sucher ran, den man allerdings nur als Zubehör erhalten kann. Dafür bietet die Kamera dem Nutzer zahlreiche Automatiken, die die Nikon auch für Einsteiger interessant macht.
Gute, kleine Universalkamera mit Festbrennweite, für hohe Ansprüche. Bestnote im Sehtest, allerdings ohne Sucher (nur als Sonderzubehör). Sehr guter Monitor. Für eine hochwertige Kamera leicht und relativ flach, relativ teuer (Stand: August 2013).
