Machined from solid aluminum, this backplate can be mounted in addition to the PHANTEKS Glacier G30 Strix water coolers for ASUS Strix RTX 3080/3090 graphics cards. It significantly improves power distribution in the voltage regulator area and contributes to cooling the PCB components through thermal pads. The backplate is black anodized and is mounted on the back of the graphics card.

In addition to enhancing aesthetics, the backplate provides greater stability for the graphics card with a water cooler. This effectively prevents the PCB from bending due to uneven tightening of screws during the installation of the main cooler, thus avoiding long-term stress.
