Part of the accessories catalogue of the renowned case manufacturer Phanteks is the PWM fan hub offered here, which finds its place on the back of mainboard trays in cases. The function of the PWM fan hub is as unique as it is ingenious: out-of-the-box, up to eight 3-pin fans can be controlled like PWM fans. To do this, connect the supplied 4-pin PWM cable to a 4-pin fan header on the motherboard and connect the SATA power cable to the power supply. Now up to three 3-pin and five 4-pin fans can be connected directly to the hub.
