Sound rich in detail
Effective noise cancelling
Large and heavy
Speech unclear in noisy environment
Even with the Philips Fidelio T1, the otherwise clear voice struggles with clearly audible background noise during phone calls. The heavy and protruding design can also be annoying. On the other hand, the in-ears have an excellent sound and effective noise reduction.
In the test, the Fidelio T1s were particularly convincing with their sound. They sound more natural and clear than the competitors. Despite their size, however, there is no volume control on the earpieces. And the chunky case looks smart, but hardly fits in a trouser pocket.
