Yes, the same processor, but the tray variant. This means you only get the processor without the cooler etc..
I would advise against Jonsbo and coolermaster. Their air coolers are rather poor. Deepcool is better. If a water cooler is also ok for you, go for the deepcool LE520 white
No, only the CPU is included. But I would do without the stock cooler anyway, because it's loud and not really good.
