A 650W should actually be enough if the processor is not overclocked. It also depends on what else is connected. Otherwise, the PSU computer from Outervision can also be used. nope they are/were meant for content creator performance is somewhat equivalent to a ryzen 7 1700X. the cpu is a bit outdated and you would also need an x399 mainboard for it. i think you are better served with a current ryzen cpu, and a cheap am4 mainboard.
