Aqua Computer SPLITTY9 Splitter for up to 9 fans or aquabus devices
9 Fan
Here are the questions: - What is the reason that you want to regulate via voltage? 3-pin fan? Just curious XD - At the aquabus or at a fan output? Jumper set correctly? >> If on the aquabus, I would change it. If necessary, connect it to the motherboard if you can regulate the voltage there. - Is a fan plugged into the RPM slot? - Is the speed just not displayed correctly or do the fans not regulate themselves down physically (5V - 7V off)? >> Have you ever measured the voltage? - If a 4-pin fan is plugged in, does the regulation work via PWM? Actually, regulation via voltage should work in any case, at least the fans should go out.
Hoi Skender, The splitter was mounted in the rear part of my big tower case, i.e. 30 cm away from the display, and it worked without any problems.
As the fan normally used with this kind of splitter would work (12V) it should also. :)
Hello Daniel2111, you can control the rpm both in the BIOS and with software. The Aqua Computer SPLITTY9 splitter is connected to a FAN port on the motherboard. All fans connected to the splitter are therefore controlled by this fan port and they all rotate at the same speed.
Yes, with the possibility to auto regulate "pwm" by connecting the cable to the fan cpu-system port on the motherboard.
