The fans are daisy-chainable, i.e. they can be connected in series without the need for an additional fan hub. They come with a daisy-chain cable (400 mm + 80 mm), which allows up to 5 fans to be connected to one A-RGB header. They can also be daisy-chained for PWM control thanks to ARCTIC's PST (PWM Sharing Technology).

Yes, the LEDs are operated via a 3-pin ARGB connection with 5 V, the fans via 4-pin PWM with 12 V. This matches the product data with 4-pin PWM power connection and 12 V input voltage as well as ARGB LEDs.

These can be very loud at full speed. As stated by Arctic 30dB at 2100 RPM (max 3000 RPM). I have these with 6 in a MATX case and set to 30% curve. Slightly audible but good performance.
