They are the same motherboard, but not the same product. Tachi and Taichi Carrara are both Taichi, i.e. "top of the line" products from Asrock. I myself have the non-Carrara version of this motherboard, i.e. this one, and can confirm 4x M.2, 1x of which is PCIE5 and the others PCIE4, which is also stated on the AsRock website. What confuses you here is that both are called Carrara, that seems to be a mistake, this one is not Carrara.
