Yes, most coolers designed for socket LGA 1700 are compatible with socket LGA 1851. In fact, Intel has retained the same positioning of the mounting holes on both sockets. So you can use your existing LGA 1700 cooler with an LGA 1851 processor without having to buy a new cooler or mounting bracket. This information comes from Google, so I can't be sure. I've used it on a 1700 and just upgraded to the AM5, and it's compatible with both.
