I bought this monitor for gaming, mainly RPGs. I registered it for return in 2 hours… My 11 years old Dell has a more enjoyable picture because the brightness on this one is so terrible that a sunny scene seems like a rainy London weather. Also the colors aren’t really noticeable because of this. (All this with the window shades almost closed, no direct sunlight.) I absolutely not recommend buying this one. Maybe the more expensive variant is better.

Can I connect speakers to it

You can use integrated speakers on the monitor as it has built-in 2-watt speakers (2x2W). There is also a 3.5 mm headphone connection to which you can connect external speakers or headphones. Speakers can therefore be connected directly to the monitor via the headphone output.

Hello, I have no idea what the graphics of the PS5 can do, but the monitor can do more than 120fps, which should run smoothly at 165Hz....if the graphics card can do what the game can do (i.e. everything at the highest level).... I think the PS5 also has limits somewhere.... So it's not just the monitor...... Greetings Jürgen

No, the product is not damaged, but manufacturer specifications often contain several values, e.g. standard nits would be 250 and maximum nits such a product then reaches 350. However, there are also screens that will only reach such high brightness in HDR mode. Descriptions are also often simply copied with little love for reality, you sometimes find this on websites, so it is always advisable to do an internet search with the model name and see what you get from the manufacturer. Digitec is nice for low prices, but the shop is not so great for technical specifications, unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement.
