I cannot confirm this. Have you upgraded to W11? I would uninstall the drivers via the device manager, restart the system and then connect the cam again. Ideally, the problem will then be solved.

We use about 10 of these cameras in the shop and more and more of them have the problem that they just switch off during Zoom meetings and you have to switch them on again in Zoom. Does anyone else have this problem and maybe the solution?

MPX means mega pixel, but is usually given as MP. This is the resolution of the camera, more is of course better and usually provides a sharper image. A good web camera should offer 1 MP or more. For zoom or team video calls it is okay.

It's called "Adjustable camera", but where do I set it? Plug&play is OK, but there is no driver software. There is no downloadable software on Aukey.com. How do I proceed so that I can make the camera adjustable? e.g. select a wide angle or set a smaller section?

The camera is only "adjustable" in the sense of the foot/mount: Aukey does not supply any additional software with the camera that could be used to change the image. You can only get this with webcams in a few price categories higher. But if you absolutely need software, you have to resort to third-party providers, e.g. ManyCams or Youcam. OBS would be a free alternative, but it's not exactly plug and play like the other two.

Hello I have a question about the product. I bought this camera and tried it with zoom for the first time today. Camera is great but sound doesn't work somehow. Wanted to join the meeting without headphones and sound came from laptop, ok. But there was a lot of noise so the others couldn't hear me. I had to switch back to headphones.
