Without any problems, connect, start the app, enjoy...
I have no problem with image noise - neither with nor without a microphone.

Yes, works perfectly with MacOS
The camera has an LED light when it is active. However, I have no idea whether this can be switched off.
No, I bought this for this purpose but it usually doesn't work, only if the code has a certain size.
No, microphone only
I cannot confirm this. Have you upgraded to W11? I would uninstall the drivers via the device manager, restart the system and then connect the cam again. Ideally, the problem will then be solved.
No, unfortunately not... but due to its wide-angle function it still has a clean picture
Yes, you can switch off the microphone, but not directly on the camera. You can switch it off in the audio settings in Windows 10 or 11, for example, where you can individually switch off hardware such as a microphone.
The question must be formulated the other way round. Linux supports the hardware if it has the corresponding drivers. That depends on the Linux distribution and its release; you may have to install the driver later. Basically, it should not be a problem.
You can use the Aukey webcam for that. I also use it for DS and it has a very smooth picture.
MPX means mega pixel, but is usually given as MP. This is the resolution of the camera, more is of course better and usually provides a sharper image. A good web camera should offer 1 MP or more. For zoom or team video calls it is okay.
The camera is only "adjustable" in the sense of the foot/mount: Aukey does not supply any additional software with the camera that could be used to change the image. You can only get this with webcams in a few price categories higher. But if you absolutely need software, you have to resort to third-party providers, e.g. ManyCams or Youcam. OBS would be a free alternative, but it's not exactly plug and play like the other two.
