Hello I have a question about the product. I bought this camera and tried it with zoom for the first time today. Camera is great but sound doesn't work somehow. Wanted to join the meeting without headphones and sound came from laptop, ok. But there was a lot of noise so the others couldn't hear me. I had to switch back to headphones. How can you solve the problem? Or does it need an additional product? Thanks for your help. LG Myriam

Hello Myriam, I have the same product and I also have to say that the highly praised microphones are not useful, they are far too insensitive, I can be heard from far away, even at maximum sensitivity. It doesn't matter whether it's Zoom or MS Teams or whatever. I might ask the manufacturer. From my point of view, they do not work as specified.

It works perfectly for me (with MS teams). It's probably a question of the ZOOM settings. It could be that ZOOM uses the built-in microphone of the laptop by default. Search the settings for the microphone in ZOOM and try to select the correct device (PC-LM1E).
