CM stands for Cable Management at be quiet!, i.e. a partial modular power supply unit with fixed standard cables that you need anyway and separate cables that you can connect additionally depending on the components.

How you couldn't find anything online... Specifications --> External links --> Manufacturer's page (en) --> https://www.bequiet.com/de/powersupply/1535 there Downloads Datasheet / Manual / Wiring harness can also be found with a search engine

According to the manual, the pins are arranged in the same way as for the motherboard, i.e. 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 so that shouldn't be the problem. However, I am surprised that the PC boots without the CPU power supply. Which motherboard + CPU are we talking about?

On the manufacturer's homepage you will find a calculator which also gives a recommendation for a suitable power supply unit: https://www.bequiet.com/de/psucalculator. There are other calculators on the internet where you can also enter the other components (e.g. www.netzteilrechner.com). Presumably 500W is a bit tight.

The power cable on a PC power supply unit is plugged in. If you have another one from another device that fits, you can use that too. However, you can still complain to Digitec Support and have a correct cable sent to you. see below - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance has a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
