That iMac takes max 16GB 1066 in 4 slots, so probably has 2x2GB and 2 slots free. Looks like the usual upgrades are to add 2x4GB 1066 or replace with 4x4GB 1066, so I would be quite surprised if 2x8GB 1333 will work. It's late 2009 so don't expect any more High Sierra updates :( I also read something about a fan noise issue if you are replacing the original drive.

Yes. I have them configured for my MacBook Pro 13" Late 2011 and it works fine.
They don't fit your model. However, your model unofficially supports 16GB. I would then recommend these: Corsair CMSA16GX3M2A1600C11 (2x, 8GB, DDR3L-RAM, unbuffered)

Apple lists the RAM requirements on a support page: https://support.apple.com/de-ch/HT201165 If you filter by the criteria, you can see what is available. Apparently 8gb is the maximum. So you only need 1 x 4gb.

No, this memory is not made for an HP, but for an Apple MAC.
